You figure out this rate by dividing the number of people who answered the survey by the total number of surveys sent and then multiplying by 100.<\/p>\n<p>The big question is, what&#8217;s a good response rate? On average,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pointerpro.com\/blog\/average-survey-response-rate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to our own research,<\/a>\u00a0online surveys get about 33% of people to respond, and surveys with fewer than 1000 people tend to get around 41.2% to reply.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Some experts say a response rate of 50% or more is excellent, but that&#8217;s tough to achieve when you send surveys to many people.
